Platform Overview
Start here for the relationship between True Fit, trainers, clients, and the separate Macro Wizard.
What is True Fit Training and Nutrition?
True Fit is a platform for trainers and their clients. Trainers can create and schedule workout, cardio, meal, and supplement plans; communicate with clients; manage scheduling and availability; accept payments for sessions and programs; maintain subscriptions; and organize their business in one place.
Who is the True Fit app for?
The main app serves trainers and clients. Trainers use it to run and organize coaching services. Clients use it to view assigned plans, communicate, schedule where applicable, and maintain account access. People without a trainer can use the separate Macro Wizard for self-service planning.
Is the Macro Wizard part of the main True Fit app?
No. The Macro Wizard is a separate web experience. It does not require a subscription to the main True Fit trainer-client app.
Does True Fit replace a personal trainer or healthcare professional?
No. The platform helps organize plans and communication, but it does not replace a trainer’s judgment or individualized medical, nutrition, or mental-health care. Seek an appropriately qualified professional for symptoms, injuries, medical conditions, therapeutic diets, eating-disorder concerns, medication questions, or other clinical needs.
Where do current users log in?
Current trainers and clients can log in to the True Fit app. Macro Wizard users should use the login option provided from the Macro Wizard website.
For Trainers
How trainers create plans, organize reusable content, manage clients, and brand their experience.
How much does trainer app access cost?
Trainer app access is $10 per month or $80 per year. Trainer coaching fees and client charges are separate from the trainer’s own app-access price.
What types of plans can trainers create?
Trainers can create workout, cardio, meal, and supplement plans. What a trainer provides to a client depends on that trainer’s services, qualifications, professional boundaries, and agreement with the client.
Does True Fit provide a library of ready-made plan templates?
No. Trainers build their own repositories of exercises, foods, supplements, and plans for future or repeat use. A trainer can reuse their own material and customize it for a client instead of receiving a generic public template library.
Can trainers customize the app for their business?
Yes. Trainers can customize the app’s branding so the client-facing experience reflects their own business.
Can trainers manage scheduling and payments?
Yes. Trainers can schedule individual workout sessions and training programs, block off unavailable time, take payments for sessions and programs, maintain client subscriptions, and manage their training schedule through the app.
Does a trainer have to hold a particular certification to use True Fit?
True Fit does not present one credential as the only path to becoming a trainer. Clients should consider the complete picture, including coaching and industry experience, former competitive experience, education or certifications where applicable, references, communication, professional boundaries, and experience with similar goals.
For Clients
App access, trainer relationships, plan continuity, and the distinction between technology and coaching services.
How much does client app access cost?
Client app access is $10 per month. It continues month to month unless canceled and is separate from the trainer’s coaching, program, or session fees.
Does my monthly app payment include personal training?
No. The monthly client charge covers True Fit app access. Coaching, new programming, appointments, messaging expectations, assessments, and other trainer services are defined and priced separately by the trainer.
What happens when my training program expires?
Your paid app access can continue month to month after a training program expires. This helps maintain access to the plans and account history available to you in the app. Continuing app access does not automatically extend coaching services, new programming, appointments, or trainer responses.
What happens if my trainer removes me from their account?
You can retain your individual app account and nutrition-plan access while your client app subscription remains active, but you will no longer be connected to that trainer and will lose access to trainer-owned workouts associated with that relationship. Contact True Fit if the account does not reflect the expected access.
Can I use True Fit while I am between training programs?
Yes. You may continue paid client app access between programs. If you need a new self-service nutrition plan during that period, the Macro Wizard is available separately. Continued app access does not create a new trainer relationship.
Can I message and schedule with my trainer through the app?
True Fit includes messaging and scheduling capabilities, but the support a specific trainer offers, their response time, appointment availability, and what is included in your service depend on your agreement with that trainer.
Macro Wizard
Self-service meal planning and general exercise recommendations for people without an active trainer relationship.
Who is the Macro Wizard designed for?
The Macro Wizard is designed for individuals who do not have a trainer, are between trainer contracts, or want a standalone planning option without subscribing to the main True Fit app.
How is Macro Wizard pricing structured?
The initial $20 purchase includes two personalized plans. Additional new plans are $10 each. The Macro Wizard uses one-time purchases rather than a recurring subscription.
Do I need the True Fit app to use the Macro Wizard?
No. The Macro Wizard is a standalone web app. You do not need a separate True Fit trainer-client app subscription to purchase or view Wizard plans.
What information does the Macro Wizard use?
The Wizard asks for information such as age, height, current weight, goal weight, overall goal, dietary restrictions, preferred meal frequency, goals, activity, and body-type selections. Users do not enter their own calorie target.
How many meals can I choose?
The current Wizard supports a preferred meal frequency from two to eight meals. The generated plan reflects the selections and information submitted during the Wizard process.
Does the Macro Wizard include exercise information?
Yes. The Wizard can provide general exercise suggestions based on the user’s goals and body-type selections. These are general recommendations, not individualized coaching, physical therapy, or medical clearance.
Are Macro Wizard results guaranteed?
No. The plans and recommendations are educational planning tools based on the information submitted. Individual results vary, and the Wizard cannot account for every medical condition, medication, allergy, symptom, food availability issue, or personal circumstance.
Billing and Policies
Understand which charges are recurring, which are one-time, and where trainer agreements remain separate.
Which True Fit charges are recurring?
Trainer app access may be purchased for $10 monthly or $80 annually. Client app access is $10 monthly. Macro Wizard plans are purchased separately without a recurring Wizard subscription.
Are trainer coaching fees controlled by True Fit app pricing?
No. A trainer determines the price and terms for their coaching, sessions, programs, assessments, messaging, and other services. Review the trainer’s written agreement in addition to any True Fit app-access charge.
Where can I review cancellation and refund information?
Review the Refund Policy and Terms of Service for True Fit purchases. Trainer-provided services may also be governed by a separate agreement with that trainer.
What should I include with a billing question?
Use the Contact page and include the account or purchase email, the type of product involved, an approximate date, and a non-sensitive order or transaction reference when available. Never send a password, full card number, or security code.
Why might an app charge continue after a training program ends?
Client app access is a separate month-to-month subscription. It may continue after a trainer’s program expires so the client can maintain eligible app access until the app subscription is canceled.
Support, Trainers, and Safety
Where to get help, how trainer assistance currently works, and what information should not be submitted.
Does True Fit automatically match me with a trainer?
No. True Fit does not currently operate an automated public trainer-matching directory. The Find a Trainer page provides selection guidance and a path to ask about available True Fit training support.
Does a trainer inquiry guarantee availability?
No. Submitting an inquiry helps True Fit understand what support you are seeking, but it does not guarantee trainer availability or create a trainer-client relationship.
What information should I never send through a support message?
Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, security codes, government identification numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information. Support may ask for safer identifying details such as the email associated with the account or a non-sensitive order reference.
Does the free BMR and BMI calculator store my entries?
No. The free BMR and BMI calculator performs its calculations in the browser without submitting or storing the entered values. Its results are estimates for adults and are not diagnoses or prescriptions.
Where can I ask a question not answered here?
Use the Contact page and choose the topic closest to your request. Provide useful context, but do not include sensitive credentials, payment-card details, or medical records.
Where can I learn how True Fit handles personal information?
Review the Privacy Policy for information about data practices. The policy page should be reviewed together with any privacy information displayed inside the app, Wizard, payment flow, or third-party service involved.
