PRIVACY POLICY

Effective as of May 1, 2020 (Last Updated August 2025)

True Fit Training and Nutrition LLC (“True Fit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information through our website, app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Service.

What Information We Collect

When you use the Site, App, and Service, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, photographs, and demographic data (e.g., age, gender). This data may be collected when you register for an account, use features of the app, interact with other users, or contact customer service.

Unless you request otherwise before submitting photographs, you grant True Fit a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use submitted photos for marketing purposes. Avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Users of the website may download and extract such data from posted images.

Cookies and Log Files

We use technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts. These allow us and our partners (including analytics providers) to track usage trends and improve the Site and Service.

Cookies are used for login management and preferences. If you reject cookies, some features of the site may be limited. Login cookies last for two days unless you choose “Remember Me,” in which case they persist for two weeks. Other cookies may be set based on your interactions.

We may also log information like IP addresses, browser type, ISP, and clickstream data to improve functionality, marketing, and analytics.

Health Information

To function effectively, the Service may request access to health, diet, nutrition, and exercise information. This data may be pulled from third-party integrations or entered manually by you.

Comments

When you leave comments on the Site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the internet protocol (IP) address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.

After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. Comments may also be checked through an automated spam detection service. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
