All sales made through True Fit Training and Nutrition (“True Fit”) are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Subscriptions to the True Fit App
- Access to the True Fit Macro Wizard
- Digital content or services purchased directly from True Fit
True Fit may act as a payment processor on behalf of independent personal trainers and coaches who use the True Fit platform. However, these trainers remain solely responsible for managing their own client relationships, pricing, refunds, and service terms for their programs, coaching, or branded wizards.
If you purchased services through a third-party trainer using the True Fit platform, please contact that trainer directly for any questions about cancellations, refunds, or service issues.

Any violation of this policy may result in legal action.
